Pindari Glacier, situated in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, is a popular trekking destination in the Kumaon Himalayas. The glacier sits at an altitude of 3,660 meters and is the source of the Pindar River, which eventually merges with the Alaknanda. The trek starts from Khati village, passing through scenic landscapes, dense forests, alpine meadows, and charming villages, making it a paradise for trekkers and photographers.

Covering approximately 40 km (round trip), this trek is considered moderately difficult and can be completed in 5-6 days. Along the way, trekkers get to witness spectacular views of peaks like Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, and Maiktoli. The best time to visit is from May to October when the trail is accessible and offers breathtaking natural beauty.
